If the merchant processes a refund, it will be reflected in your order details on the “Bills” page in the Atome app. The refund process may take up to seven (7) business days from the order date and may be processed in the form of a reversal. The refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account. Our Customer Service team will contact you to assist with the refund process.
