You may request account closure by sending an email to support@atomefinance.co.id so that we can properly process the closure of your account.
Before your account can be closed, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
There are no outstanding bills or unpaid transactions.
All payment obligations have been fully settled.
There are no ongoing reviews or investigations related to transactions made through the Atome PayLater service.
There are no unresolved disputes between you, Atome Finance Indonesia, or any partner platform.
Once all requirements have been fulfilled, our team will proceed with processing your account closure.
