We are sorry to hear that you are unable to make a purchase and that your account has been suspended. There are several reasons why an Atome account may be temporarily suspended, including the following:
Identity Verification Issues
1. The identification document provided is not a government-issued ID that is officially issued and recognized by the country of which you are a citizen or resident; and/or
2. The National ID (KTP) image is unclear; and/or
3. The full name shown on the identification document does not match the full name registered on your Atome PayLater account.
Account Security Concerns
If we suspect that an account may have been compromised, we may temporarily suspend it until the account can be secured and restored to its rightful owner, in order to reduce the risk of potentially harmful activity resulting from unauthorized access.
Late or Missed Payments
Your account may be temporarily postponed due to outstanding or missed payments. Please complete the required payment so that your account can be reactivated.
Technical Issues
